Cesar graduated from Rice University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. While working on his undergraduate degree, he gained research experience working for the Material Science Department where he created and characterized single, multi-walled, and cross linked carbon nanotubes. He then gained real-world experience interning for Oceaneering where he was a member of the Deep Water Technical Solutions team that worked on blow out preventers. Upon completing his undergraduate degree, he began working at Fletcher Yoder in August 2016 as a technical advisor. Cesar has gained substantial experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications in a number of specialized areas relating to heating and cooling devices, industrial tools, battery modules, and control systems, among other mechanical and electromechanical systems.
